The Process
1. PLAN
You contact AVIT with your requirements and provide the plans for your prototype to our engineers.
We will reply with any queries about your project and to clarify exactly what you need, including your expectations on delivery time, and any other pressures that are applicable.
We prepare a quote including expected time frame, materials and costs.
Once you have approved our quote, we begin the work.
2. PRODUCTION
We prepare the production machinery and brief our workers.
We begin the production of your prototype.
During the process we initiate Quality Assurance checks.
3. QUALITY CONTROL
Once the prototype is made we repeat the Quality Assurance inspections.
Prior to delivery we undertake functional testing, preferably with you the client in attendance.
4. DELIVERY
We ship the prototype to you.
Finally, we follow up with you, we want to know that it is working exactly as you need it to.
