This part was particularly difficult due to its complex geometry and lack of straight surfaces. But that's exactly where our expertise came in.We used state-of-the-art 5-axis simulation machines and custom in-house fixtures to ensure that the finished product met the highest standards of quality and performance.

We have manufactured high-accuracy guillotine jigs for aeroblades in the aerospace industry. The guillotine is a specialized jig that allows for easy and precise checking and fixing of specific blades.
Our team designed this jig with a tolerance of 0.02mm, ensuring that it is able to meet the strict standards of the aerospace industry. The use of high-quality materials and manufacturing techniques resulted in a durable and long-lasting product that can withstand the rigors of repeated use.
